台北學苑地上權9月底招標　市價超過200億元

【林巧雁／台北報導】國產署副署長邊子樹表示，台北學苑地上權招標案預計9月底前公告，最快下周公告招標，相關條件仍要開審議委員會決定。等標期2個月，估計11月底或12月初可開標，可作為商辦、旅館或shipping mall，但不能規劃住宅。
 
台北學苑面積1.33公頃，北區分署估價市價超過200億元，地上權招標通常價格為市價3~7成，台北市因土地精華、誘因大，要找超過1公頃素地也很難，因此即使是地上權招標，價格也是市價5~7成，若順利標出，國庫可進帳上百億元。目前暫定地租率維持3.5%，承租時間為70年。
