國防部：10%軍事訓練役男簽志願士兵

國防部上午舉行例行記者會指出，經國防部推動募兵精進措施，陸軍等部隊針對志願役營連從改善服役環境、提升部隊能力、兼顧職涯規畫等面向實施驗證，推動至今，留營率由45.3%，提升到56.1%，轉服成效由1至9月每月平均245人，10至12月增為每月442人，其中在接受軍事訓練的9000餘陸軍人員，計招獲961位，加入志願役士兵行列，約店受訓人數10%，將在4個月訓期結束後，簽訂投入志願役行列。
