關於露天拍賣的問題 <3

這是我今天在露天拍賣的某項商品看到的條件。

超商取付與郵局到付買家結帳條件：交易未完成次數必須 &lE; 1次，評價總分必須 &gE; 1分，棄標次數 &lE; 3 次

我是一月份才申請露天帳號的會員，但是還沒有買過或賣過任何東西，

所以也沒有任何優良紀錄或不良紀錄。

因為我只會超商取付，沒辦法用其他方式購買。

我想請問有經驗的各位，如果一定要限制這種條件，

我還是照樣下標的話，賣方會知道我沒有按照他的規定嗎？

會不會先查過我的資料？
