大馬律師 抗議學運領袖被判監禁

馬來西亞政府指控學運領袖阿當阿迪發表煽動言論，地方法庭昨天宣判煽動罪名成立，監禁12個月，律師公會擬發動遊行聲援。

大馬政府指控阿當阿迪（Adam Adli），去年5月5日全國大選後，同月18日在吉隆坡舉行的「513馬來西亞民族日，拯救民主」講座會發表煽動言論，隨即被吉隆坡警方逮捕。

大馬地庭昨天宣判處監禁12個月，因辯方擬提上訴，地庭允許暫緩入監，以5000令吉（約新台幣4萬6000元）交保。

另一方面，由於大馬首相納吉曾在去年大選前說，要廢除煽動法，卻又容許大馬警方逮捕異議分子，大馬律師公會擬發動和平遊行，並提案要求大馬政府廢除煽動法規。

律師公會主席梁肇福表示，捍衛大馬言論、學術、新聞、辯論自由的遊行日期未定，並呼籲納吉遵守諾言。
