高雄氣爆案偵結，雄檢今上午宣布起訴名單，共起訴12人。公務員違失部分共起訴3人，包括時任承辦人趙建喬(高市養工處長)、時任初驗楊宗仁、時任監工邱炳文；非公務員部分共起訴9人，包括榮化董事長李謀偉、榮化大社廠長王溪洲、榮化值班組長蔡永堅、榮化操作領班李瑞麟、榮化操作員黃進銘、華運工程師陳佳亨、華運領班黃建發、華運操作員洪光林。
