巴勒斯坦正式申請入國際刑事法院

法新社報導，巴勒斯坦代表曼蘇爾2日致函聯合國，正式要求加入國際刑事法院（ICC）。

聯合國祕書長潘基文正在審閱巴勒斯坦這封申請加入ICC的信函，且將在60天之內，通知規範ICC的羅馬規約締約國。

聯合國安理會在12月31日否決了巴勒斯坦建國問題的決議案，案中要求為以色列占領巴勒斯坦土地設下最終期限，巴勒斯坦自治政府主席阿巴斯在失望之餘，決定要求加入國際刑事法院，企圖透過司法途徑，控告以色列侵占約旦河西岸的戰罪。
