你為什麼買不到房子???

1、一家五口人所以至少要五房兩廳
最好透天，10年內，60坪以上

2、三天掛網看，假日約看房，積極到房仲死不降價

3、查過實價登錄，屋主要的價格比成交行情多一成
比起他當初購屋成本多一半

4、錢是自己辛辛苦苦賺來存的，能砍價當然要砍，好不容易存到兩百，當然要錙銖必較

所以不是不想買，而是價格貴到下不了手
也明白房價回不去，而是轉手要賺的錢可以少一些嗎？

一轉手賣，立刻貴4、5百萬，除非口袋深，頭期款長輩願意幫忙，不然還真的買不下去

當然可以跟建商買，但等到我們思考好，一間也不剩，不知道為什麼這麼搶手，搶手到當下沒下訂就沒了
