使用 dev C++ 讀一個 512*512 的 .bmp 或 .raw 的圖片檔，利用2維陣列存取座標 圖片中白色部分0，黑色部分1，將1的部分抓出來並存取其所在之座標位置 最後將所有為1的座標輸出至 .txt
請問有大師能提供想法和做法嗎? 有CODE更好!
