背號21號的Bianco Raissa，是巴西隊陣中唯一的女選手，更特別的是她的守備位置是捕手，她說：「會開始當捕手是因為兩年前，球隊上剛好缺少捕手人才，所以就開始嘗試蹲捕，沒想到竟然就此愛上捕手工作。」
被問到如果投手投不好，身為捕手的她會不會責備，聽到這Bianco露出靦腆的笑容說：「因為過去在打壘球的時候，自己也是投手，所以相當清楚投手的辛苦，不會對投手生氣，事先也會跟投手做足討論。」
提到巴西，許多人第一個聯想到的就是足球，打棒球的女生很少，擔任捕手的更是稀有，「開始打棒球是因為媽媽和姊姊都是壘球選手，所以從6歲開始就接觸壘球、擔任投手，轉到棒球隊後今年是第3年。」
在巴西女生打棒球只能打到14歲，因此，很喜歡棒球的Bianco，未來希望能追隨姊姊的腳步到美國打壘球。
