疑似在禁閉期間遭凌虐致死的陸軍下士洪仲丘，將於8月4日舉行告別式。洪家人希望全案能夠儘早真相大白。
洪仲丘的姊姊洪慈庸30日表示，希望全案能夠儘早真相大白，不過她也擔心軍檢急於破案，恐怕無法查出真相。
至於桃檢指出，269旅禁閉室監視器出現80分鐘「黑畫面」，疑似為線路老舊所致，洪慈庸表示，由於全案仍在偵查中，她不便表示意見。
此外，網路謠傳軍方將洪案作為軍中宣導教材，引發網友痛批沒人性；洪慈庸表示，她不知道這傳言是真、是假，軍方想寫就讓它們寫。
