電腦桌面上的圖示突然變很大

我的電腦是w7
早上我母親在用電腦
我回到家，桌面上的捷徑圖示突然變的很大
他說他只是按了右鍵等等的 突然圖示就變大
於是我想說是不是解析度跑掉，但我看了一下並沒有跑掉..
目前是1440*900

然後右鍵→個人化→顯示 的地方 可以變更文字及項目的那裡
也是最小的，所以我不知道她到底按到什麼...

我除了桌面上的圖示變大之外
什麼地方都完全沒有變(網頁的字型、底部工作列等)

有高手知道怎麼調嗎...請依照W7的方式一步步教我 拜託了
