針對內閣改組，立法院長王金平今（30）日表示，目前的民怨是因為洪仲丘案而來，「換了國防部長比較有這個味道」。
江宜樺29日宣布內閣改組，名單包括：行政院督導社福業務的政務委員由台大社工系教授馮燕接任，國防部部長由原任國防部副部長楊念祖接任，僑委會委員長由原任社福政委陳士魁接任，退輔會主委由原任海軍司令董翔龍接任，金管會主委由原任財政部次長曾銘宗接任，原民會主委由原任原民會副主委林江義接任，工程會主委則由副主委顏久榮代理。
對於其他內閣成員改組，王金平今日認為，改組是因為內閣需求做更換內閣名單，「都是因應當前各種情勢的需求做更換」。
