洪案 542旅政戰主任遭調職

（中央社記者陳培煌台北29日電）國防部今天發布新聞稿表示，陸軍第六軍團542旅政戰主任戴家有上校，調任陸軍第十軍團組長。

陸軍義務役下士洪仲丘死亡案發生後，洪家曾質疑洪仲丘6月27日體檢後、進入禁閉室前，曾向戴家有先後發出5則求救簡訊，說明自己有幽閉恐懼症，卻仍被關進禁閉室，以致遭操練過度而不幸身亡。

軍檢偵辦洪仲丘案，這段期間也曾傳訊戴家有。國防部在洪仲丘案發生後，11日公布首波懲處名單，戴家有遭記過1次。1020729
