海軍：民人冒著軍服、官銜依法告發

（軍聞社記者方正臺北廿九日電）針對媒體詢問「署名俞冠丞先生冒用本軍服飾、徽章及官銜」一事，海軍司令部表示，經查曾服務海軍人員中，並無此人紀錄，將依法向司法機關提告。

　海軍司令部指出，經查署名俞冠丞先生非海軍現役官兵，亦非自該軍退役的將校人員，有關俞員於個人「臉書」網頁上發表多篇個人言論均與海軍無關。

　海軍司令部強調，俞先生張貼穿著海軍服飾、徽章及官銜的照片，疑涉刑法第一百五十九條「冒用公務員服飾、徽章及官銜」罪嫌，該部將依法告發，移送司法機關偵辦。
