移民署專勤隊涉詐外勞遣返費　共犯收押

【賴又嘉／台北報導】陳姓男子因涉嫌與移民署新竹市專勤隊1名溫姓隊員，以一搭一唱方式，向1名逾期居留的外勞誆稱，須將其遣返印尼，向該名外勞收取遣返費，另向僱主收取僱用非法外勞罰款，陳男今主動到案說明後，因否認犯行，且說詞與溫男兜不攏，再加上有外籍配偶，遭檢方以涉犯重罪、且有逃亡、串證之虞，向法院聲押獲准。
 
檢調日前赴溫姓隊員住處搜索，在溫男住處意外發現40張外勞居留證，溫男日前已遭法院收押，至於陳男因當天未到案，直到今天才向檢調說明。據悉，陳男辯稱對溫男所為均不知情，否認涉案，但檢方未採信。
