中華電信機房傳火警　配電室冒濃煙

【吳國仲／台北報導】中華電信位在信義路的東三機房今天凌晨0時許傳出火警，地下1樓的高壓配電室起火冒煙，警消到場迅速滅火排煙。
 
警消人員表示，事發當時火勢並不大，僅燃燒1平方公尺左右，但因位處地下室，煙不易排出。許多鄰近住戶聞到煙味撥打1999，市政府也有派員前來了解，中華電信股長林書賢也在第一時間趕抵現場，他表示火警發生時因備用系統已啟動接續機房電力，所以並未影響中華電信用戶的通訊，相關人員將加緊檢修盡速恢復配電室運作。
