關於RC8.0耳機與麥的問題

大家好 我在RC上遇到困難
我在RC上原本還沒改成最新的8.0時還可以用麥克風唱歌說話
但是更新後不能了 還有阿 我家是W7
想請問 有沒有人可以幫助我?
我的問題就是我無法在RC用麥聊天
是8.0喔 別搞錯了 我是極需要用麥拉 雖然是要聊天
但我想知道我的耳麥是最新的 為什麼在RC不能用?
之前我在網路上看過 有人說W7不支援耳麥吧?還是耳麥不支援W7

總之 請幫幫我 謝了
