針對立法院長王金平遭控替民進黨立委柯建銘關說司法案件，卻引爆國民黨內鬥傳言，國民黨籍新北市議員陳明義今（9）日表示，司法問題是馬英九的底限，外界對馬英九的批評都是在模糊焦點，「這件事情罵馬英九沒道理，難道是馬英九叫檢察官不上訴？還是馬英九下令監聽？」
陳明義說，馬英九如果想要歷史定位，「現在就是關鍵時刻」，他認為，馬英九一定會強行處理王金平問題，「因為司法是馬英九的底限」。
陳明義認為，現在外界都在模糊焦點，「重點是他（檢察官）為什麼沒有上訴？這就是關說的結果！」
對於外界質疑特偵組召開記者會的時間可能是經過政治算計，陳明義說，「我不相信（記者會）時間是馬英九定的」，他認為，不管特偵組任何時間開記者會披露此事都會被批評，「這件事情罵馬英九沒道理，難道是馬英九叫檢察官不上訴？還是馬英九下令監聽？」
