手機網路很奇怪

人現在身在澳洲 辦了當地的門號 另外+值網路
使用自身網路時卻很慢 網頁.fb跑很慢
line.wechat 根本不能收發訊息
我連WIFI時卻沒有這些問題
朋友跟我同家電信 都沒有這樣的問題
有問過電信業者說可能是我手機問題
但是在台灣時一切正常 (目前使用一年)
上下飛機時還在用@@"
我不想這麼早放棄它......
請問有甚麼可能的原因?
以及解決的方案?
