聯合國：敘國戰爭罪行 阿塞德授意

聯合國人權高級專員娜維‧皮萊（Navi Pillay）2日表示，調查獲得的證據顯示，發生於敘利亞的戰爭罪行是由「最高階層」授權，包括總統阿塞德。這是聯合國人權辦公室首次直指阿塞德犯下戰爭罪行。

皮萊說，調查臚列出一份戰爭罪行犯者的清單。敘國內戰衝突至少造成逾10萬人死亡。（英國廣播公司）
