四角畸戀　人妻逃情郎夫妻囚禁墜樓亡

宜蘭縣37歲的魏姓人妻，愛上丈夫的37歲邱姓同事，對方為了她離婚，她則因丈夫不願離婚，仍是人妻身分，但兩人仍租套房同居，不料卻因無解的4人習題，3個月前慘遭情夫偕同前妻囚禁，她為逃離控制，不慎從7樓墜下身亡。
 
宜蘭地檢署表示，魏姓人妻最初被發現墜樓時，她的雙手遭人綑綁，又陳屍在一家旅館外面，認為案情不單純，追查出邱姓同居情夫竟夥同他28歲陳姓前妻囚禁魏女。
 
檢方調查，魏女雙手被綁住，一隻腳則被與邱男的腳綁在一起，她趁邱男上廁所解開時趁隙逃出，從陽台爬出從7樓時墜落身亡。全案偵結，邱男今天被依妨害自由致死罪嫌起訴，陳姓前妻也因協助控制魏女行動，一併遭起訴。（潘岳／宜蘭報導）
