各位好： 想請教各位，依據您的經驗、或是依據勞基法規定， 如果我預計2月14日離職，加上我還有5天年休，醬子 算起來本星期五就是我最後一天上班日，不知道公司 應該會如何算薪資呢？我們老闆都按勞基法規定，他 不敢取巧怕被告，所以這樣會用我2月的實際工作日來 計算薪資嗎？或是算半個月的薪資？（因為2月放了這 麼「多」天假，實在很怕沒賺到這幾天 XD ） 先感謝各位的回答！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.193.234 ※ 編輯: gargantua 來自: 1.34.193.234 (02/06 01:14)
