fb帳號整個被砍掉

今早起來 發現fb登入不進去
結果視窗顯示已被更改密碼
下午卻發現我的fb帳號整個被砍掉
好友那邊他們標註我的全都不見
我用忘記密碼 只能用信箱跟手機驗證 但辦這個fb的信箱 是很久以前的
早就忘了密碼 !! 手機也是以前的 早就停掉了

請問除了這兩個方式 怎麼樣 能救回我的fb

裡面有好多回憶的照片 ..
