ASRock to deal out 2013 dividend

Motherboard maker ASRock will distribute a cash dividend per share of NT$9.576 (US$0.317) for 2013, 3.75% in excess of the corresponding net EPS of NT$9.23, according to the company.
ASRock has also released its first-quarter 2014 financial report: consolidated revenues of NT$2.671 billion (US$88.1 million), gross margin of 20.85%, net operating profit of NT$267 million, net profit of NT$252 million and net EPS of NT$2.21.
