赴越南協處受災台商事宜的經濟部次長沈榮津下午返抵國門後表示，26日將再派出專家團隊，分為產險保全及產業輔導兩部份，因應台商商會所需，駐在越南協助台商恢復營運。

沈榮津接受中央社訪問時強調，已與越南政府確立組成協商團隊，由經濟部投資業務處處長連玉蘋及越南計畫投資部外人投資局局長杜一皇擔任主政窗口。

他說，越南政府將於25日請示該國總理，決議執行成立「聯合調解及賠償委員會」，並對受越南暴動事件的受災台商提供損害賠償協助等具體解決作法；26日經濟部將再派專家團駐越協助台商恢復營運。

他說明，專家團將分兩部份，首先是針對台商最需要的產險保全業務所需專家，律師將聘用當地會說中文的律師，會計師則由當地安侯建業聯合會計師事務所的人出任，產險專家因應越南台商多數投保國泰及富邦，因此由這兩家業者在當地的分公司派專家參與。

其次是產業輔導部份，因應台商產業類別，由鞋技中心、紡織研究所、自行車中心、生產力中心及財團法人中衛發展中心的專家參與。

他重申，上述專家將因應台商商會需求，派駐到台商希望駐地的點，協助台商執行恢復營運的作業；依同奈省台商多已復工現況而言，有可能派駐在重災區的平陽。(中央社)
