原則上你的演算法是對的
因為我自己買房殺價也是用這種邏輯
唯一我跟你不同的是
我的土地價格是用"市價"
因為我認為建商囤地賺到的差價,是屬於他應得的利潤
建商也不可能回饋給你的
市值每坪的造價要算多少錢
就只能依實際所用的建材下去評估囉
但最低6萬元,應該是要的
