惡劣！　過期食品重新打印販售

桃園縣錦順公司負責人陳萬榕（50歲）涉嫌在去年2至11月間指示張姓員工等人將該公司製造銷售的「四物雞」、「何首烏雞」、「人蔘雞」等6項逾期或即將到期的食品以布抺去原包裝上的有效日期，再以打印機器重新打印有效日期後，透過不知情的行銷公司流通至全聯社等賣場，桃園地檢署今年1月間接獲檢舉搜索，在該公司扣得1萬1千多包重新打印的食品。
 
陳坦承當初係因應賣場隨時會上架，事先製造一些商品庫存，後來因上架速度不如預期，才指示員工確認商品沒問題後重新打印，把有效日期延長2至3月不等，桃園地檢署在今天依詐欺罪嫌將他提起公訴。（張沛森／桃園報導）
