基隆海洋老鷹嘉年華會　於周六正式展開

「2014基隆海洋老鷹嘉年華會」於這星期六在文化中心前集合出發，以踩街的方式走完全程1.2公里，途中以森巴鼓、舞蹈集結表演，今天下午３時許文化局則是先在文化中心前舉辦行前記者會，並表示這次的嘉年華會將基隆社區的創作成果展現在基隆市的街道上，結合基隆市民共同為中元祭活動熱鬧揭開序幕。（戴之聖／基隆報導）
