婦失蹤 父子為勞退謊報被送辦

（中央社記者王鴻國新北市19日電）一名蔡姓婦人失蹤報警協尋兩年無果，但因可領蔡女百萬勞退金，蔡女丈夫及兒子謊報尋獲撤尋及申辦領錢，遭警送辦。

蔡女101年7月在台北市萬華走失，經新北市警察局海山分局協尋，迄今仍無下落。蔡婦約新台幣百萬元勞保退休金遲遲無法領取。

蔡女的丈夫及兒子為了領取這筆勞退金，於是向警方撤銷協尋時表示已尋獲，蔡女已在雲林老家休養，但警方透過蔡女的姐姐向老家查詢，才確定蔡女仍未被尋獲。

由於蔡女丈夫及兒子謊報撤尋，日前遭警方依詐欺及偽造文書等罪嫌移送法辦。

為加強協尋成效，警方擬提案建議留存全台安置機構內身分不明人口的DNA，以利警方協尋。1030719
