為打造台灣成為機器人王國，上銀與研華.日前辦理策略聯盟簽約記者會，雙方攜手將研華寶元的運動控制研發團隊及研華既有的工業控制技術、機器視覺等解決方案與上銀自動化元件、機器手臂本體、伺服馬達、驅動器等核心技術加以整合，一同耕耘台灣智慧機器人領域，以服務廣大的產業需求，並建立台灣設備自動化及機器人領域的堅實供應鏈及上下游產業。

初期合作雙方將朝三大方向著手，包括以彼此產品或服務為優先考量，進行產品整合輸出；另外，雙方就智慧自動化與機器人領域技術提升或其他相關服務共同合作，提供客戶智慧自動化的解決方案；希望藉雙方合作孕育台灣未來具有高端整廠智慧自動化系統建置能力的新公司，透過資源整合發揮綜效，以進一步提升台灣機器人與智慧自動化產業之國際競爭力。

上銀科技表示，除透過企業攜手合作外，公司也積極招募智慧自動化、機器及電機人才，並於1111人力銀行推出「智動與機器人專區」，釋出600個職缺招募優秀人才。上銀科技歡迎具相關學經驗者主動投擲履歷，詳細職缺請上1111人力銀行。20140724 更多徵才訊息請上1111職場新聞。
