上海福喜賣過期肉　去年就有員工踢爆

美商上海福喜食品公司爆發過期肉醜聞後，媒體調查發現公司早有員工發現此事，還於去年提告法院，只不過後來因證據不足敗訴。

路透獨家取得一份法院文件指出，一名福喜前員工去年向法院提告，指長期暴露在清洗肉品的氯化學物之下，讓他健康受損，求償3萬8千人民幣（約18.4萬元台幣）。該名員工自2007年至2013年於上海福喜工廠任職，他去年10月於法院聽證會上表示，任職期間除了經常被迫加班外，還受脅迫做出「不道德」行為，包括偽造食品有效日期等違反食品安全法的行為。

上海法院今年初以該名員工健康檢查狀況無恙，以及缺乏證據等理由判處原告敗訴。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）
