林克穎引渡案審駁 下周公布

（中央社記者蘇龍麒台北31日電）外交部歐洲司副司長黃敏境今天表示，英國方面預計在8月6、7日，公布英商林克穎引渡案審駁結果。

林克穎2010年3月25日酒駕撞死送報生黃俊德後，遭法院二審判處有期徒刑4年，2012年他冒用友人護照潛逃出境。2013年10月16日台灣與英國簽署「關於林克穎引渡備忘錄」，17日林克穎被蘇格蘭警方逮捕羈押至今，愛丁堡地方法院今年6月宣判，林克穎必須被引渡到台灣服刑。

黃敏境上午出席外交部例行記者會，會後媒體詢問時表示，林克穎案預計在8月6、7日左右，英國會公布林克穎引渡案的審駁結果。

外交部條法司司長申佩璜說，將由蘇格蘭司法部長公布審駁結果，如果是准許引渡，林克穎可以在14天內決定是否上訴，但如果結果是不准引渡，也會請蘇格蘭檢察官提出上訴。1030731
