要員工簽契約書　血汗醫院加班時薪150元

彰化1家醫院傳出要求員工簽署契約，藉此涉剝削員工以壓低加班費，規定員工加班時薪150元。院方坦承不當，將立即改善；彰化縣勞工處表示將徹查。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，該醫院工務部員工負責醫院各棟建築的水電等工務，今年院方和他們簽署為期1年的承攬契約書，上午8時上班打卡、下午5時30分下班打卡，之後加班，時薪一律150元。

根據勞基法，1天最多加班4小時，前2小時以月薪換算的時薪乘上1.33，後2小時乘上1.66；若月薪3萬5000元，換算成時薪約146元，加班前2個小時約時薪194元、後2個小時約242元。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
