港女行李藏20張鱷魚皮 深圳過關被截

大陸深圳海關26日對外通報，在這個月初在羅湖口岸查獲一名香港女子的隨身行李中，有20張重達5公斤的完整鱷魚皮。

中新社引述香港文匯報稱。當事人稱，這是她幫一位做皮革生意的朋友從香港帶過來的。

經華南野生動物物種鑑定中心確認，這些的確是鱷魚皮，屬於大陸的國家二級保護野生動物，該批鱷魚皮十分完整，四肢、頭部和尾部的皮狀均清晰可見，首尾長約1公尺，背部鱗片紋路清晰，已被鞣製成棕紅色。

依大陸法律，非法進出口走私瀕臨絕種野生動植物產品，由海關依照海關法的有關規定予以處罰；情節嚴重構成犯罪者，依法追究刑事責任。
