【當年長醬】楊一展國小胖到自卑　自虧是兩個人

楊一展身高182公分、體重73公斤，擁有壯碩好身材，他在公視、TVBS《16個夏天》中常露胸肌和腹肌，讓粉絲大飽眼福，但他在國小時是個小胖子，國小6年級時體重就93公斤，比現在還重，也因臉太胖讓五官看起來很小。
 
楊一展日前說自己是敏感皮膚，臉上很容易長痘痘，幸好媽媽是美容師，會幫他清痘痘，長痘痘沒有影響他的青春期生活，反而是小時候太胖讓他很自卑，上高中後，長高加上運動讓他變瘦，變瘦後他把過去的照片都銷毀，他笑說：「現在看起來根本就是兩個人。」（陳幼英／台北報導）
