大家好，近幾年公司變的有點慣，心中的疑問想先向大家問問，再考慮是否向勞工局反映， 其中有2點: 1. 考核新增了 "主動積極參加公司舉辦的各項活動" 這一項 我的想法是，公司有點半威脅的態度來促使員工參加活動，製造向心力的假象， 舉例來說，公司活動像是運動會、家庭日...等，都是辦在假日， 但是一家公司在假日有家庭因素的人不計其數，表示在這點考核上一堆人中槍， 覺得很詭異，特請教是否有違勞工基本權益。 2. 強迫新人參加公司尾牙表演 似乎長官們在前幾次的尾牙，發現這樣做可以突顯部門的曝光率， 所以私規則的這樣訂下了規定， 悲慘的是，去年尾牙表演的人，有8成都離職了， 然後上個月公司為了填補短缺人力，好不容易應徵一位新人， 進公司的歡迎會上聽到這消息，隔天就離職了， 最近又來報到一位新人，天知道不曉得會撐多久， 這種尾牙陋習，我知道無法律規定，所以想請教有無一套方法可以安全的打主管的臉?
