退健身會員　女遭索6千元違約金

World Gym世界健身中心北市公館店遭投訴，傳簡訊告知會員可無條件解約，之後卻向會員追討6000元違約金。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，有消費者投訴，9月4日前往新開幕的World Gym世界健身中心公館店入會，她出示VISA金融卡詢問是否可用，業務當時試刷，稱可自動扣款。但9月中接獲業務來電告知金融卡無法每月自動扣款，隨後收到簡訊，要她提供信用卡資料，或無條件解約。她前往辦解約，事後又接獲店方來電告知，須付6000元違約金。

World Gym世界健身中心表示，是溝通誤會，該會員已於9月27日解約，會退還當初繳交的4164元，也不會另外收取違約金。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
