參選里長動員幽靈人口 6萬交保

（中央社記者程啟峰高雄19日電）雄檢日前查獲高市前鎮區一名里長參選人動員「幽靈人口」遷戶口，依涉妨害投票罪嫌將他聲押，法院裁定新台幣6萬元交保。

這名里長參選人被檢舉動員親友將戶籍遷入該里，高雄地檢署檢察官日前搜索里長參選人住處等地，並傳喚里長參選人等8人，訊後認為里長參選人涉案情節重大，有串證之虞，向法院聲請羈押禁見，但法官裁定6萬元交保；其餘人則都請回。

此外，某山地原住民市議員候選人競選團隊成員與一名女子，上月底由女子邀約選民在楠梓區一家小吃部席開2桌，招待飲宴，席間要求與會支持某市議員候選人，餐飲費用3000元由競選團隊成員買單。

檢察官傳喚競選團隊成員等10人到案，訊後諭令競選團隊成員5萬元交保，其餘均請回。1031119
