我們家要重新裝潢，熱水器想順便換新，有沒有比較安全省電的呢?

爸爸想在過年前只修房子，油漆隔間改裝樣樣來，
可是面臨有一個困擾，現在陽台整個縮小，
有些設備的位置都要換了，熱水器變成線路也要重遷，
有沒有什麼方法可以解決，因為又怕裝在原本的位置會讓他跑到室內，
這樣如果哪天我們不再安全出問題會很危險，現在安檢真的也很重要耶...
有經驗的人幫我推薦一下吧，因為爸爸交代我要去幫他解決熱水器的問題...
