標題[討論] 薪水高會選擇約聘？

去面試一份工作，人資突然問我要選約聘還是正職 因為我不是很瞭解，問他有什麼不同，他說他們公司一些高薪水的同仁會選約聘的 主要有幾個好處，健保費會比較省、稅會繳得比較少(好像年薪120以上才有差) 缺點是沒有特休，然後他說該公司福利(獎金、員工旅遊...)約聘與正職是一樣的 我談得薪水是還不到破百，所以我也沒想要選約聘，只是好奇真得像他講的嗎？ 薪水高的人會選擇約聘來節稅、省保費嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 182.234.251.179 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1419234036.A.A8A.html
