玩美服的遊戲無法正常登入

我用win8.1
玩的是ace online (應該沒人聽過先不管這個
開啟之後會跑出一個小視窗輸入帳密
輸完之後主程式開啟出現腳色選擇
到這部分還很順
接著選完腳色開始讀取腳色出現在村裡
就跑出"接收伺服器信息中"等等意思的警告
正常來講一登入到村里可以看到其他玩家對話欄也都ok
但我看不到其他玩家無法移動快捷鍵上的技能也都沒顯示
但對話欄卻可以接收到玩家講的話

請問為什麼會這樣?既然都已經出現在城裡還會卡住?
還是說我網路設定上把某種資訊給擋掉所以伺服器的資料才傳不過來?
我把防毒防火牆都關掉了還是一樣
而且我玩國內的遊戲沒啥問題!!連國外的就會這樣美服.歐服都無法正常遊戲
懇請大大們相救~~
