日本新聞網引述日本政府的消息報導，「朝日新聞」多名記者無視外務省警告，已前往敘利亞境內，可能是要採訪伊斯蘭國（IS）武裝組織的動向。

日本新聞網報導，在敘利亞境內的伊斯蘭國分子綁架日本人質後，外務省本月21日向日本新聞協會發出通知，要求各媒體勿派記者前往敘利亞，以防止綁架事件重演。

但朝日新聞駐土耳其伊斯坦堡分社社長26日在臉書上表示，他已抵達敘利亞北部進行採訪。

朝日新聞社廣報部表示，伊斯坦堡分社社長是在獲得敘利亞政府簽證後前往敘國採訪，這是預定的採訪計劃。
