大馬仍按計畫搜尋馬航MH370

馬來西亞民航局今天會商並表示，仍按計畫搜尋馬來西亞航空失事班機MH370，目前搜尋進度已完成預定的1/3，預估今年5月可搜索完5萬平方公里的海域。

民航局透露，目前已搜索完澳洲西北部的2萬平方公里範圍，預料5月即可搜索完5萬平方公里的海域，屆時大馬、澳洲和中國大陸將根據搜尋進度與數據，討論下階段行動。

民航局表示，目前4艘正在海面搜索的船隻是全球最好的，不過搜尋工作仍比想像艱難，尤其氣候欠佳導致浪高達12至15公尺，以及海底斷層等因素，不利執行搜尋任務。
