台灣水庫瀕臨「腦死」　淤積30年清不完

台灣山高地狹，是個典型「留不住水」的地區，現在連負責儲存水資源的水庫都瀕臨「腦死」，淤積太多，30年也清不完。

今日出刊的《中國時報》報導，台灣水庫淤積超乎想像，自從莫拉克風災後，曾文水庫一口氣淤積19年份量，「碗公變淺碟」。石門水庫每年的淤積量更是清淤量的4.8倍，「越清越多」。

曾文水庫容量原本約7億噸，如今僅剩4.7億噸；南化水庫也從1.5億噸降到0.98億噸。已使用50年的石門水庫，有效容量由3.09億噸降到2.01億噸。

水利署指出，全台重要的民生水庫淤積率幾乎都在3成以上，嚴重的像霧社、白河甚至達到6成。為了清淤，過去5年已花了500多億。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
