1.支持房地合一課稅,稅率高低可以討論
2.反對自住2000萬以下免稅,或長期持有任何減免
3.建議比照土增稅,賺越多,稅率累進越高
4.建議針對短期買賣者,加重稅率
5.建議自住或長期持有者,減免持有稅,如房屋稅或地價稅!

有獲利就應課稅,任何身份或理由都不應減免,短期買賣者,應加重課稅,獲利越高者,稅率應加重,漲價歸公!
