德昌豆乾含二甲基黃　22品項全面下架

德昌公司「五香豆乾」經桃園縣政府衛生局檢出二甲基黃，經查該批產品（有效日期104年7月24日）共計79箱全數售予桃園縣「平聯社股份有限公司」，中市衛生局今要求業者在2月4日前全面下架、回收、銷毀。

中市衛生局指出，德昌公司雖表示五香豆乾產品未使用芊鑫乳化劑，但因該公司無法明確釐清污染原因，因此，為保障消費者權益，本局要求該公司同屬乾類豆乾產品共計22項，有效日期在104年9月24日以前之產品，將於2月4日零時前全面下架、回收，擇期銷毀，並同時更換新品上架。

該五香豆乾檢出二甲基黃，已違反《食品安全衛生管理法》第15條規定，衛生局將依同法第44條裁處6萬元以上2億元以下罰鍰。（曾雪蒨／台中報導）
