拜年車潮湧現　國3往國5時速僅20公里

大年初一國道湧現走春和拜年車潮，國道3號銜接國5的木柵到南港系統一早8時過後就湧現大量車潮，時速僅20到30公里，國3往國5的南港系統甚至出現車龍定點排隊的情況，國5時速則在60~70多公里，高公局預估上午10時過後到中午會更塞，全天上看290萬輛次。

另國1湖口到新竹、彰化系統到埔鹽系統；國3和美到彰化系統、烏日到霧峰系統、中興系統到名間等路段都較塞，時速大約30到50公里不等，其餘國道路段則大多順暢。高公局呼籲民眾可多走替代道路避開塞車或下午再南下。

台鐵今則總開行246班次，預估將疏運70萬3,402名旅客，將比去年春節大年初一增加3%。 (李姿慧／台北報導)
