瑞典無線設備製造商愛立信（Ericsson）控告蘋果公司（Apple）侵害專利權。

愛立信今天表示，已向美國國際貿易委員會（International Trade Commission）和德州東區聯邦法院分別提出2起和7起控訴。

這些控訴聚焦在iPhone和iPad等蘋果裝置使用的41項專利技術。

蘋果上個月拒絕與愛立信的行動技術授權協議續約，愛立信隨即將蘋果告上法院。蘋果表示，愛立信要太多權利金，並指出那不是產業標準關鍵專利。

愛立信智慧財產權長阿法拉西（Kasim Alfalahi）表示，實況串流電視節目或啟動app等普通智慧型手機有的功能，「都要靠我們開發的技術」。
