陸上颱風警報發布　蘇力減為中颱

【許敏溶╱台北報導】隨著第7號颱風蘇力朝台灣陸地進逼，中央氣象局在晚上8時30分發布陸上颱風警報，同時將蘇力從強烈颱風降為中度颱風，氣象局強調，蘇力中心強度稍微減弱，但仍是最強的中度颱風，結構扎實，且中心不排除登陸，為台灣帶來強風豪雨，民眾切勿掉以輕心。
