台北巿議員賴素如因雙子星開發案涉貪今(25)日遭到起訴，市長郝龍斌表示，由於並沒有台北市官員遭起訴，因此雙子星案將照程序繼續進行，也就是和第2順位中華工程議約、審定條件。

台北地檢署今天將賴素如、彭建銘，行賄的太極雙星金主程宏道、轉賄的前捷運局官員賈二慶4人提起公訴。其中賴素如部分，檢調認定她涉嫌收賄新台幣100萬元。

郝龍斌上午出席「8/1 Free 台北•原民樂活遊」記者會時表示，自己還沒有看到起訴書，但初步了解，並沒有台北市官員遭起訴，因此雙子星案議約將照相關程序繼續進行，也就是和第二順位的中華工程進行條件審定。

此外，外傳北市觀光傳播局長趙心屏，將轉任市長辦公室主任，對此郝不願證實。但消息指出，新任觀傳局長、現任新北市文化基金會執行長孫廷龍，準備在下午4點和媒體見面。
